As reported recently on Hedgeweek.com, a Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Investor Pulse Poll revealed that real estate is the most popular alternative asset class among the majority of millionaire investors. Of those polled, 77 percent say they own real estate while 35 percent say they own a real estate investment trust (REIT).
